ok, i took this scan i got here at MT and did about a thousand filters but can't remember them all... i know i used a median filter, and changed the color saturation. i liked the full body of the girl but some less than decent parts that i decided not to put in my wall showed. ^_^'

the back ground is gradients and brushes i got from sailorchiron and i don't remember what site they're from (sorry!). also used used a shape tool to make the arrows. there were arrows in the original scan too. i am disappinted that i couldn't incorporate the cute cats from the pic so i will probably make a wall with just the cat next! :D

lots of love and effort!

Nice wallpaper by the way!

It's Primula from Shuffle! Note the ears

Finding an image of Primula where she's even showing a hint of smilling is pretty rare. Like how you put in the arrows like in the OP and still kept Primula as the focus. Too bad there wasn't a way to work any of her plushy cats into the image.

Creator isn't Keiji Gotoh though, its Eiji Hirayama.
