MY PERSONAL SCAN
Greetings friends! I bought an issue of Newtype USA and I decided to scan the
pictures from the pullout poster. ^_^ They are from the anime Best Student
Council, or Gokujou Seitokai, as it is called here on MT and in Japan. I haven't
seen the anime and I know nothing about it other than the fact that it's
supposed to be funny. 
This is the second half of one scan. First Half
The last of my scans from this series!
I was going to merge them together but a lot got cut off from the scanner so I
would have had to redraw a lot. 
I cleaned
it and brightened it a bit in Photoshop before submitting.
