i'm curious to know what that transparent image in the sky is. hmmm maybe i'll just go buy the magazine, if i can find it lol.
MY PERSONAL SCAN
Greetings friends! I bought an issue of Newtype USA and I decided to scan the pictures from the pullout poster. ^_^ They are from the anime Best Student Council, or Gokujou Seitokai, as it is called here on MT and in Japan. I haven't seen the anime and I know nothing about it other than the fact that it's supposed to be funny. XD
This is the second half of one scan. First Half

I was going to merge them together but a lot got cut off from the scanner so I would have had to redraw a lot. :( I cleaned it and brightened it a bit in Photoshop before submitting.
