MY PERSONAL SCAN
Greetings friends! I bought an issue of Newtype USA and I decided to scan the
pictures from the pullout poster. ^_^ They are from the anime Best Student
Council, or Gokujou Seitokai, as it is called here on MT and in Japan. I haven't
seen the anime and I know nothing about it other than the fact that it's
supposed to be funny. 
This is the second half of two scans. First Half
This was brightened and cleaned up a bit in Photoshop before I submitted it (I
don't know why more people don't do that 
), but
it is still a bit grainy and I'm sorry.
