MY PERSONAL SCAN
Greetings friends! I bought an issue of Newtype USA and I decided to scan the pictures from the pullout poster. ^_^ They are from the anime Best Student Council, or Gokujou Seitokai, as it is called here on MT and in Japan. I haven't seen the anime and I know nothing about it other than the fact that it's supposed to be funny. XD
This is the second half of two scans. First Half
This was brightened and cleaned up a bit in Photoshop before I submitted it (I don't know why more people don't do that o_0), but it is still a bit grainy and I'm sorry. T_T lol
