I found this here http://www.soltyrei.tv/ I see there aren't many Solty Rei scans at all. I just finished watching this series and I found it really good. A good plot, good story and lots of action. Definitely something worth buying.
I don't know who the girl in the blue hair is but to her right is Miranda Maverick, Kasha Maverick Roy Revant and Solty Rei. Roy is a hunter who hunts criminals. Miranda runs the business that Roy works for. Kasha is Miranda's ever helpful daughter. Solty drops in to save Roy's life. Literally.

I went out and bought the series. So now I'm updating this scan. I scanned it from the inside cover of the first
DVD of the series.
