First thing I noticed is that... she looks cuter on this picture than on theoriginal scan <.< I don't know,
maybe her smile is expended or something? :D Eyes looks really charming, but yeah, so does the rest! Colors are perfect
and all that, I don't know what else to say. (Nothing wrong with the background either)

This vector is dedicated to FlowerDog.
I remember the days when I was doing simple vectors, got no challenge out of it...So why go back to the get-go? Well, for one thing, I already am making a challenging vector in the works, and secondly, this is another "experimental" vector---shading textures. I chose this picture because I didn't see this image vectored yet (I may have missed it, who knows) and all the ones I did want to vector were already done. So...Here it is. I felt strange not having a vectored Gundam scan, so might as well make one. =3
This vector is dedicated to FlowerDog because she helped me pick a new series to vector, but sadly I couldn't promise her the one I'd said would vector, so I picked this one instead. Gomenesai. =_=
Now, the difficulty. The outline was the worst! I had to do it all over again because the darned things were too skinny to color on! GRRR! *breathes in and out*
...And the background is just random, because I hate plain backdrops. '_'
EDIT: Removed color leakage and enhanced certain outlines.
EDIT 2: Added missing outline ends. Thank you Kashi-chan, next time I won't do my vectors so early in the morn'. >_<

cute vector! >.< I see a teeny little bit of colour leakage on her left ear, but other than that, nicely done ^__^
I like the background, it fits with the colour and theme of the vector really well :)

I remember those days when you did simple vectors too... Seems like so long ago... (But it really isn't). I remember I gave you some advice to help you improve....oh God I'm starting to feel like a Gradma watching her favourite granddaugther grow up, get married, and have a success in her life... so proud... *tear drop*
Now... As great the vector is, I must point out that there are some minor flaws in the lineart (lines not really touching) like over her left ear, on the left hand sleeve, and on the bottom of the whole vector... It kinda looks a bit wrong, especially to people who, like me, are used to your excellent work on details... :)
Overall a great work, really nice impression given by those shades of yours ;) and good matching background
For me 5/6 :)

Whoa! This is very smooth and seriously it is. I cannot detect any flaws here and everyting just fits well here. The texture you added may seem a little strange, but that's what makes this vector unique. This deserves to be in the elite gallery and I'm definately adding as favs. ;)

No need to apologize because I do like Lacus and I am happy that I can help you challenge your skills ( I know you would do a wonderful job with vectoring that scan ;) ).
I thought it was a very sweet choice. :D I like how you always seem to make the lines so smooth and you do a perfect job in illustrating the shading/highlights. The texture works nicely on the shadows of Lacus's hair and outfit, the texture helps the lighter parts stand out more. The background is simple and sweet like your vector. :) I like to focus on Lacus's smiles, looking at it makes me feel warm on the inside. :D
