This is one of my favorites so far. The soft wispy colors just make it that much more stunning in my opinion. Sai is a spirit so that may be the reason he was drawn this way. Looking at it makes me a little sad, for some reason.

My Personal Scan
this is a strange one for me as I've not read Hikaru No Go, but I've read up on it... I might try it one day. But in the meantime here's a sweet picture that's very pale. I had to play around with it a little on Photoshop to make it clearer. Hope you like it!
