After experimenting with textures, there came a time for patterns. This is the
result. The vector itself wasn't really difficult to make, but I rearranged the
whole coloring except her hair. The character is from a game called
ShadowHeartsII I believe, but unfortunately I don't know where I got this scan
since I had it for ages on my computer.

PS: the shoes as they are, were like that on the original scan and I couldn't do
anything about it, sorry...

The texture patterns settles into Hildegard's outfit perfectly. <3 The vector lining and shading are professionally done. Even though you admit that you were experimenting with the textures, the textures came out looking very nice together and I like the fact that it doesn't steal my attention from her.
I
admire the hightlights on her arm and legs, but the highlight on the leg that's
standing back looks a bit odd to me because it sort of zigzags. I am not sure if
it's like that in the original, but it's not much of big deal. 
I love it and you certainly did a very nice job here.

The patterns on that girl's outfit are great <3, they actually
look like real clothes. And you blend them wonderfully
