I'm back with a new vector 
and.. I
haven't much to say O.o I made it in Photoshop 7, it took me about 6 hours. It
looks easier, but the hair is a bit complicated with all those curves and shades
I
found the scan in a imageboard, I don't know if her is from any anime.. If you
know her tell me who is she, please!
