I assume you mean you vectored the background since the Haruhi vector is strangely familiar to me? xD
You should be a little more descript in your descriptions haha, it's unclear exactly what you did in the wallpaper. Choice of colors isn't bad, not sure about what you did to Haruhi tho...looks like you desaturated her, and the glows in her hair ribbons I'm not sure I like. The iPod...I'm not sure where it fits into the wallpaper...seems kind of unnecessary to me.
The background is okay, I like how it's pretty energetic and the blue, grey and white.
Usually vectoring is very sharp, why did you blur and overlay over the Haruhi vector? would of been better if sharp, and a bit of blue colour on her.
But I say it isn't bad, keep it up.
Yes, I have made a background, but the Girl too should be altered! I would tell more but badly I know English.
Not knowing english very well is no excuse. You still have to follow the rules even if you don't know the language.
