Let's down to the topics:
Scan: Pinky:St 004 & 005

Uber cute, ne? But I thought giving them more colorful outfits would be good
too. ^_^
Inspiration: Taken from the box of a lipgloss I got for christmas. 
I don't really like gloss, but the design of the box was so cool that I really
wanted to desenvolve it.
Names: As much for layer naming as for my ''name it'' compulsion, I called the
girls ''Mia'' (the skirt french styled~ ) and
''Sara'' (the wild one.)
As for the skirt and the shorts, I just fell they'd feel confortable wearing
them.
Wallie's theme: I got the idea for the title when I saw this random sentence on
Iarly's UserPage . It was into a whole
different context, that's true, but I felt it would be funny to twist things
around.
Notice: The flowers on Mia's shirt and on Sara's sleeves are the sames on her
boots. And there's at least one of each stipe color, except on Mia's shirt. (it
would look better simpler~ O.o ) And don't search for any blue flower, that's
another story.
Colors: Unlike everything else, they weren't picked randomly: I chose the ones
that I felt that would give it cheerfulness, without being too messy or bright.
Hope I succeded... 
Random fact: Unlike every wallpaper I've done until now, I didn't plan a icon place on this one. I'm using it as my desktop now, and I ended up succeeding on ordering things here... *.*

vector is so so lovely Kyaumi! ^_^ woah! is very colorful, and those flowers are
so sweet! ^^

cloths are pretty nice they look "tuti-fruti"

made flowers "na sola das botas"

change her shoes for boots ^^ u gotta teach me how to draw so nicely! ^^ i
really loved the flowers they just perfect *_* just a little suggestion maybe a
butterfly there would be nice 
because
there are flowers or maybe a bee *hides* 
I like the combination of colors that u used! they look a beauty! ^^
Also the characters i see that u changed a lot things there! hehe i saw the original scan and is totally different! oh u even gave a name to the characters "Mia" and "Sara"!

I like the flower patterns you used and the colors and pattern did their job of not being too bright but it is very...pink. But hey, lots of people like pink!
