Nice vector, a DESU is fine too ~desu
Well one thing though, I notice it especially at Suiseiseki's hand, the shapes of the fills are quite square-cut, if you know what I mean... I think you should try to trace the outlines a bit rounder, and even if it takes a lot more time it'll look even more gorgeous

Konbanwa, rika-chan! I see you're using Stroke in PS, instead of the fill. If you're looking for more a sharper image of a vector when it comes to outlines, fill your lines instead of stroking them. If you want a tutorial, contact me. =3
About the vector, it's so cute, desu~ But I agree the hand is kinda awkward...But keep at it! ^^
