OK, I actually don't like Rukia... but I like this scan! XD and I decided to make a wallpaper... this is the result... :)

Time spent: around 2 hours (it's not that it was hard to make but I didn't know how to make the background.. XD XD )

hummm .. I think the purple ball thingie is a bit too large .. but overall the wallpaper is great. Looks a bit sullen and melancholic. :) Great job!
