Initially, Lulu's hair is supposed to be like this but the producer changed it to wat we see now. Lulu certainly looks better in black hair.

wow there were so many design changes in code geass.......lulu had white hair, the ashord uniforms, lancelot used to be red, shirley had blue hair.......
