this wallpaper it is of Kira and Lacus, I used Adobe Photoshop looks for an image that outside is contiguous, the image is a vector of minitokyo, I add but brightness to him and contrasts, its bottom is clouds, it adds bubbles to him so that granted a smooth sensation to him but, I put effect to him star brush, the name well it selects it because had left for the bottom, exactly it adds transparency to him, and the result was this to wallpaper.
