A wall that (surprisingly) took me a longer time than most of my others. I ran into a few walls (in terms of design) and couldn't decide on a few things. There are 3 bg layers. one is a simple blue to white fade. One is the "rising sun" type blues and whites and the last layer is a faint layer of hills, kanji, and other designs. All of this to accent the faint colors of Chun-Li's jeans.
