I couldn't resist to put this thing up, this is for the Free your Inner Waller contest held by the groups CL and FW, I think this is the first entry, lol....
such a feeling of hum...excitement? since I dont know who put the theme this time but it seems it went out of depression, from isolation to euphoria, the thing is that the new topic was pretty damn attracting, perfect to do something that was
worth the trouble to show and express some ideas...and so here it is

I cant define what's the meaning of the word for me, euphoria became a state only known by the edges of my brain, feelings that are supposed to be hidden and that are only expressed in some special events, such as anxiety, desire, inspiration and of course happiness if you dont know how to show it eventually it'll remind you that is killing you from the inside.

in the wall, things appear this way, two shapes of two souls of two beings, disposed to find a sure way to no fall into a bitter or sweeter end, disposed to dispose, in this case sharing thoughts, (you have to start reading by her side to understand), dont speak, just think.

they are inspired by all that is surrounding them, I put my favorite song in the wall behind them, every you every me of placebo, mainly because jaja that song helps a lot in my euphoric point to do things.
the graffitis showing some random thoughts of the moment those two beings decide to perpetuate their minds in the streets, the black raindrops are supposed to be those things that I am imagining in order to bomb all of you with some weird ideas, ja actually those drops are what those two must be thinking but that no one is never supposed to know.

oh yeah I forgot the Scan is from DREAM, my own favorite lol
I just saw a comment of kuroimisa saying that there was a complete version jaja well I couldn't find that one so I did the best that I could to give him some pants.
I had fun with their hair colors

patterns for both of their shirts came from Here

and well even if I didn't mention what was actually euphoria to me, if you read, interpret what I did I guess you'll find out.

this things probably come out of me because of the water lol

woah- that's some wall here. ;) your art style reminds me a lot of Radiohead's artwork. .
that is meant as high praise- btw ^^

note: Lady Misa was referring to a set of my personal scans that are of much higher resolution. i.e way above the 2mb posting limit on MT. so in essence, the scan i posted is the complete version of Wakaba's artwork.

i was really suprised by how popular that artwork is amongst wallers.

Such a abstract piece we have here; it surely seems to be your consistent style lately. Not that I have a problem with it at all, this certainly deserves merit to its highest extent. Great job with your latest endeavor, and keep the amazing work up! As always, thank you!

some people go through the trouble to wall whathever that came to their mind, and some never made it through, what can I say? a wall this special and abstract is really hard to appreciate, I can't say I like it so much etc etc etc cause that would be lying, this one is a journey of uniqueness that really capture the visual image of your description, while at the same time, the theme it carries brings me to think of... picasso and the likes that take the edge of art and transforms into something other. Great work as usual, inspiring as always.

Oh no. I wrote something and I accidently clicked on a link and now I must rewrite the whole thing again. Oh well.... okay...

    My comment was something like:
Hmmmm... (*lol* Don't feel distracted by such a start... I tend to write down all that is going through my head so even the "hmmm"s are being typed down. Especially since I find it important for my comment on your wall. I tend to write hmmm when I haven't been able yet to organise and explain my thoughts and feelings... So in the end the hmmm means that your wallpaper gives me a lot of thoughts, like all your works do in the end...)
I love how you always put yourself into your wallpapers. In my point of view the majority of people doesn't do that, at least not to such a degree. That is why your works, like I've read above manage to inspire other people (including me ^^). I'm always interested and curious about your new submissions. I knew you'd wall this scan after I've read your comment in DREAMS gallery. So I was waiting for it... ;)
I like the techniques that you have used as well... The whole letter background... I am always scared to even place a word into my wallpapers... *lol* but what you've done here actually works quite well and it fits to your whole explanation on euphoria.
Very interesting... I find your work always hmmm... "brave" which I really mean as a compliment. You simply create wallpapers after the inside ideas, feelings, thoughts etc. of yours. And that doesn't go without saying because many people are hunting for favorites and credits... but with your wallpapers I never get that feeling. I get the impression that you're here cause you enjoy making wallpapers and you'd like to receive feedback from some people... of course everybody is happy when more than just yourself are fond of the works that one creates on his or her own... but yes... there's a difference in my point of view. I hope I was able to explain it to you. ^^
And whenever you "touch" a scan it really becomes something different, it becomes a special interpretation of you... with a meaning that you'd like the people to understand.

:) Well I wrote so much... I really like this wallpaper. And keep on walling!... ^^

PS: I hope you had nice Christmas Days and a good start into the New Year as well. ^^

A chaotic organisation that seems to work. With a combination of clerical text and organic graffitti it creates a state of urban confusion that's reflected in the bullet-pointed thoughts. The messy nature of the text creates texture, and mirrors the inner-city feeling that the young couple appear to come from. Nice work... original & enjoyable.

as always my imouto deserve the congratulations of the expert people ;)

This is one true piece of art. Amazing how you turned that scan to the final result. I love your vectoring. The textures you used blended in well with the wallie. The whole scene is just plain amazing.
Hope you don't mind that I added this into the NuGen gallery. :)

  12. CosmoStar Jan 13, 2007

Awesome work! I like the "mess" that compose the background. The vector work is great too...
It's a interesting piece of art, somehow it has lots of feelings interwined...
I just can't get the title... though it's very interesting, I don't understand its message...
Congrats for the nice job! You're a very skilled waller!
