Cool wallpaper. I really like the vector and the background in general. The only think thing that I would change would be the strip of black with the kanji on the bottom. It just looks weird. But other than that, good job with it. :D

On the wall this is Ami/Friend (Ami for french version i prefer this name >_<)

I like the setting here, the wall and the atmosphere of urban sense, and rebel stuff. the vector is nice but I have a problem with the color of the outline you chose, in this case I think the black normal outline will look much better cuz of the other lines on the wall, and well in order to focus on the chara and not on the light a stronger color is needed, also mn the background of the whole, city/cloudy look.....I dont know they are not meant to be in this wall at least not in that way of pretty clouds and a star sky....if it is supposed to be urban/serious/different....you have to think that this guy well, he was not thinking in that fantasy looking bg when he got caught.

wow, the fullview looks so much better than the thumbnail :) Nice vector and neat details, but like alterlier said, the sand-coloured outline doesn't quite work, esp since the hair is almost the same colour, so you can't really tell the hair apart from the outline. Also, I find the brick wall texture to be too.. rough I guess, maybe it's because the size of the bricks are a bit small in proportion. Also I'm assuming that bright spot is a spotlight, right? if so, then that black shadow thingy on the right of the bright circle shouldn't be there because there isn't anything to cast the shadow.
anyway, nice work! :)
