This isn't actually my brightest wallpaper yet (you can see it was done in a
little bit of a rush 
), but since it features Light, I decided I'd go ahead and post it anyway.
Brushes from DevArt, stock from Deathgod.org [...if I remember right ], made entirely in Photoshop 7.
