Well I know you worked hard on this and it really show since the vectoring of the characters is so well done.
And since you started with a manga scan and colored everything it is really impressive.

First of all I realy like the background. It siuts the characters really well and the interaction of colors, somewhat show the relationship between Rukia and Ichigo... I like Rukia's hair, how they are done, and I like the eyes of both.
The First general impression that comes to mind is: wow this is soo abstract. I think it's the coloring that makes it like that.
Nice clean outlining, Good proportions, the only flaw (it minor) is that, well... in my opinion the shading on Ichigo is a litlle bit too sharp... sorry ^_^' Overall nice vector, cute image and good work!

wow, nice vector! I like the colour choices (esp for their skin colour, it's very unique :)), they go together really well :) And the background is neat too! though I kinda wish you didn't cut off the top of Rukia's hair...
