Some characters look like from Family Complex... I know it's the same artist, but they're too alike! Like the guy at the very top; he looks like Akira.

Not Akira, but definitely related to Family Complex. The Guy at the top is Makoto, who goes to the same School as Akira. This school is seen in Princess Princess which ties all three manga togeather.
