I like the emotion of the image. Its quite simple but yeah, it makes me feel sad (stop lookin little girl).

The background's kinda off, dont cha think? it looks like she's sitting on nothing... but overall its got emotion and that's most important.

The cg lines look sketchy like the original paper sketch lines, but doesn't feel as smooth as the orignial version. I really love the concept of the drawing itself. Your character looks extremely cute and the pose looks good. I especially enjoy looking at the details in her sketch pad. You did a good job Chisaikame with both pencil and cg work. Also, enjoy the holiday too.

Hey there chisai! Long time no see! Another nice doujin! She's so cute! Though I'm not a terribly big fan of the neon green for her shirt. (But that's personal preference, so ignore me... ) The background does seem a little flat though... but it's still a job well done! I wish I could find the time to learn PS and all that jazz... The sketch is great - I don't think you really need me telling how wonderful it is, but alas I am to tell you a the same about your colored version. Nice shading, her hair a clothes especially. As for the background... I think you needed to vary the colors of her seat (I assume she's sitting on a sort of step) and the back wall. Because it is all the same color, it gives the impression that is just one wall - and she's leaning against it in a sitting pose
