I'm in a rush right now since I must prepare before I'm leaving. I'll come back on Friday or maybe the day after that. Anyways I should try to make other vectors besides Kira or Lacus. I feel like making an Athrun & Cagalli. one. :)
I rushed on it so I tihnk there's a lot of flaws you can point out such as the it's quite jaggy in the hair parts. Some are meant like that because without the outlines fo it it's hard to tell. I really couldn't think of what to vector for a Christmas present to everyone including my friends. :) In the beginning I was using line tool when I started on one of the arm, but later I decide to try smooth outlines after that so you'll see one of Lacus's hands uneven. ^_^' I can tell even though I tried smooth outlines some lines were quite jaggy on the clothes, but it's hard to see since I made the lines blend a little with the clothes.
I started this on October I think, but I was so busy that I only had time in some days of the Winter Break to finish it. X-O Since it was 2 days before Christmas Eve I just didn't outline Lacus's hair since they were really hard and I'm in a rush.
Inspiration: Dedicating for Merry Christmas to everyone, but mostly my friends. :)

ah nice vector, you're improving a lot. and look, you used outlines! *yay*! I like her hands the best, and her nose and mouth. Also, I like how you used coloured outlines. But if I may make a suggestion, if you're going to use outlines, maybe use outlines for every element... it just looks kinda odd that only her hair doesn't have outlines... Oh, and also, the black outline you've used on her clothes (the white part) is a bit too dark I think, and doesn't quite fit with the rest of the picture. Maybe use a silvery grey instead?
Yeah her hair looks a bit jagged at some places (on the highlights), but it's no big deal.
Anyway, I hope to see more vectors from you :)
