A wallpaper I made during the weekend. I really love the clouds and this it
matches the scan beautifully. I used 30+ layers. The building in the back was
the hardest to make. I used many some techiques to make it light and match a bit
better. I did not want to make it look busy so I did not put to many feathers.
The character is holding some sort of sparkle with a circle around it. I have no
idea what it is but I tried to replicate it. I hope I did a good job because I
made this for my mom. I hope everyone will enjoy it
