nice drawing :) I love the inking job, and the way you did the shadows and highlights on the shirts :) The person on the left's hair still looks a bit sketchy though..

draw using drawing pen 0.1 0.2 and 0.6 and fudepen.
background use photoshop : filter > pixalete > color halftone.
work time: 2 hours sketch and ink, 3 hours thinking, some minute to add the background. XD
the background is for a book that I made.
