Got the image from Xiao Star,it's from Raspberry Dream,I don't know if it's game or what,I just took the image because I liked it.Nothing much to say,I have a feeling someone will talk about the rectangular shapes,feel free to criticise!I need them!Anyway,I cracked my head trying to figure out the background, and I noticed that my skill didn't even improved an inch..*sigh*

i like the nice design of the background but maybe its a bit too white on the bottom contrasting with how much colour you used in the sky but it could just be the way im looking at it [hope i didnt offend you ^_^'] i like all the stars and the rectangles help add character to your wall :D the colours look nice and overall nice wall ^^

Yes this is a really cute wallie. I like the design of the background. And the character looks so sweet. Though to me the bottom is too much with the white. I don't know but it's a nice idea all in all. Well done.

the idea is really good, thought, you should try to extract the scan better - look at her fingers! - You could also put the shadow on the stars a bit less dark because it looks a little odd - stars are bright. the sky could have a little more effect, but it's original. Good work.

Ah, yes, agree with Wapy. You don't need to use emboss effect. It seems too weird to have stars being embossed.
The scan's definitely too bright. If only you hadn't extract the scan to brightness, and use the original one, it should be okay. Then add a little shadow onto it. It'll be nice that way.
Quite okay for the bg. Somehow attracting too much attention to it.
The font, as I've said it long time ago...Please do not emboss and add shadow to it. It's destroying the wallpaper. (I'm very sorry to say that, Miyuki-chan! But it's true! >_< )
The mists can be fix if you just make it slightly colourful, example light pink to suit the scan.
Overall, it's 7.25/10.
