Ruru to Inko (Lulu and the Parakeet) by Waka Miyama from the Japanese Comikers book 2. These are excellent books, I have the first 2. They give you a bit of insight on what the up and coming Japanese artists are doing and how they do it. Not just Japan but from South Korea and Taiwan as well. Great stuff!
Scanned @ 600dpi, descreening filter @ 175lpi had to resize at 90%. Scan was too large otherwise :)

The style the illustrator is really different. The size of your scan would give a poster size look. I was thinking more like a "billboard" look to it. It would get my attention !
I love the look onher face, like she has that far away look onher face. The cock a tiel on her hand is too sweet ! I am definitely adding this to my fav file !
