Very cute doujin parami! I love the background and really think that it adds so much to the overall feel of the work. Your piece looks like it should be the design on a holiday card! (I would buy them! ;)) Though having them in skirts is a little odd... I'd be freezing! XD Keep up the great work! (And good luck in the contest!)

Nifty. Love the silhouetted buildings in the background...not terribly realistic, but they have sort of a fairy-tale feel to them. The trees in the background are very cool. The white coloration gives them the perfect snow-covered look, like they've got their very own winter camouflage. The wall has a neat "painted" look which works really well with the overall image. I also love your using the big puff-ball "poofs" of snow as opposed to the cliched snow flakes, it only helps to amplify the overall feel of the picture. As for the girls, they are both rendered beautifully; particularly the one that is seated. Nice job there. The one thing I don't like is the bag...I can't really say why, but it just seems "out-of-place" with the rest of the picture. It stands out way too much; with it's distinct edges and stark black coloration. Still, though, the drawing is gorgeous. Great job.
