Backstory: I was taking a course in German fairytales and when we got to "Schneewittchen" (aka, "Snow White"), I started thinking about Rurouni Kenshin's Tomoe for some reason. The idea wouldn't leave me alone, so I drew this - one of my first attempts to do fanart in Photoshop, by the way.
The quote is from the German: "As white as snow, as red as blood, as black as the (ebony) wood of the window frame..."

the face freaks me out (not good) but the kimono is very well done. Did you know Clamp made a story on snow white? no actually, its the snow queen...argh. XD

Sorry, I odn't draw Tomoe very often...make that never. I was trying to capture that stoic/serene expression she wore most of the time in the OVA. Thhhpbbt, oh well.
