I really love the effects that you used on this wall! They are really pretty, but I think that there needs to be something in the right corner to offset the moon that dominates the left side. Other than that, I think that this is a pretty impressive wall! Thanks for sharing it with us!

wanna coment...
first thing that I see...too much brush work, brushes in some point are very useful but then if you tend to use them to build a whole wall out of nothing...what you are gonna get is a piece with several items and not a wall with stuff blend it....let me explain you....in this wallpaper for example is easy to point out what kind of brushes you used, what and where are they.
the planet/moon well looks pretty bad and that's because maybe when you enlarged the brush kinda lost his quality....a suggestion then will be that for the next time you try to make your own, using mn....a circle selection and fill it with textures and stuff you can use this Nice tutorial by greg martin to help you out on that.
another thing is that you can also improve the quality of the scan or in this case blend it a little better with the bg...here the problem may be that actually your bg is empty is just a gradient thing with sparkles on it,a solution probably would be fill the whole thing with a real space/galaxy look in that page I put there's another tutorial about that also, you may try it and see if you like it.
in general my final recommendation is that instead of the whole brush work you kind of start to work and use all the different resources you can find in ps or any other program.

Such a nice wallpaper. In my opinion, the moon is a tad too big; but it's nice. The bg work is simple, but fits nicely. It doesn't take away from the scan and makes the scan stand out. Now, the scan...it's a beautiful scan. I used it in a wallpaper myself and like seeing another wallpaper with it. The only thing though, is the white at the bottom of it. It's really bright, when downloaded. But the brushes you used are nicely done...could have been blended better within the scan and bg; but it's still nice the way it is.
All around though, it's a good wallpaper. Nice work.

Wow! This is really different from the rest of your artwork. I love the moon and the sparkling thing at the tip of her legs. Keep up the GOOD WORK!

the colour scheme looks nice the background seems a bit odd to me because there are parts of your wall that seems a strange and out of place since it looks kind of plain looking and doesnt seem to flow well the stars seem a bit random since it looks as though they just abruptly stop [hope i didnt offend you ] overall all the brushes you used look nice nice wall ^^

I suggest U to get rid of the outer glow, they make the scan look awefully surreal unless your BG is white of course...

i think the BG lacks of work 7 there are lots of places where there's just pieces of blue...
The planet looks odd & out of place... the brushes arent really meant to be on the planet...
the sparkly white brushes behind the chara is pretty but it looks odd with those 3D brushes below... the stars looks blured & random... No lens flare please... >_, it destroys the wall... I have a tut on stars, I could PM it to U later when I find the link ^_^
then again, I think U just need to add a bit more detail in the BG behind & less of the brushes in front...

lol sorry, but I would like to fourth the comments made by rikka, alterlier, and naomi-chan. Bg has too much brushwork. I totally understand where youre coming from...if you look at my ealier walls, you'll see that the bgs are almost entirely made of brushes. But you dont really get anywhere by just using brushes for the bg...it doesnt really give the wall a great concept you know? Like what naomi-chan said - its better use brushes at a minimum.

this is somewhat like wat rikka said, but somethings in your wall are 3D, which make other items in your wall look flat. For instance, the brushes you used are 3D, so it makes the moon and character look awfully flat.
personally, i would suggest moving the character over so she is not centered. not the best idea to center your characters....well, it works in some walls, but in yours you have the girl and the cross all centered, and nothing around them that really gets the viewers attention. for example, here is a wall with a centered character --> Blue Tranqulity by PinkPrincessLacus
However, the butterflies on the sides balance out the wall pretty nicely, and not everything is concentrated towards the middle.

oh, btw, i noticed that you seem to have a certain trend with making nighttime walls that have large moons. What about you try some daytime wallpapers as well just to see if you like it?

el estilo que trataste de lograr es diferente, es cierto... pero la forma de lograrlo es igual al anterior trabajo.
igual hay cosas muy rescatables, como la extraccion y la idea del wallpaper. en si la idea es genial.
sabes? desde hace mucho que no uso brushes en mis wallpapers. solo las que vienen con el photoshop y ya.

What else needs to be said ? dear me, everyone has pointed all i wanted to...less the overall comment. ugh...why do i get to do all that minimal things... I love the texture you put on for the Celestial body. As well as the effect and brushes...you don't happened to know about Metal-CX's brushes don't you ? Ah..knew it. No wonder it looks alittle out of place. Anyways, it is a forgiving work. `Cause it is nice. Just that the effect the brushes bring about doesn't quite fit right in. Try experimenting them more a little. Yup. It's the brush, not the positioning. Else, vice versa.

Nevertheless, ... I appreciate where you want us to be thinking and getting at. What an ideology you have !

nice base using the abstract brushes. yet, this seems to miss color, making the scan feel so out of place. Sometimes, brushes are not always the key to make your wall beautiful. Are you satisfied already with these types of styles? I think you have "graduated" from this style, so will it be okay if you explore something else more unique? Because I sense your need to wall it, yet you haven't delivered it nicely with the use of your usual style. I hope to see your improvement! Remember never to lose hope. ^^

Anyway, wallpaper looks really cool and my biggest attention went to the feet part >>; Yeah, where all the abract things is or whatever and it's like some "sun light" effect, that actually looks cool. Great job!
