heres my somewhat late entry for for Simple-ism's "The Inspiration
Project."

Now it might seem kind of a hack as my wall isn't original but, despite that
most of my walls have generally followed that pattern recently, this time it was
actually intentional given my inspiration. The inspiration being cinema, and the
impact a film can leave on me.
In this case, I used a panel from the Old Boy manga that I felt was very
cinematic, and decided to re-vector/cg the whole thing while touching up some of
the lighting, shading, etc. The fact that the adapted movie of the same name
happens to be an awesome movie that could definitely inspire, is actually pure
coincidence. I just really liked the image in the manga, hence the
wall.

Commented already in IN, so I shall say no more... damn stylish b&w work, and loves for the text! xD
And yeah don't forget to post link in Simple-ism rawrs!
Ooo....so beautiful! ^___^ I love the black and white! Looks so much like a screenshot from a old-fashioned movie! Neatness! ^_^ Keep it up and thanks for sharing! *adding to favs*
I love this kind of atmosphere, but I don't like the drawing style very much.
Wow, this wallpaper's got a lot of atmosphere for having such a miniscule gravitational field. Err...well, that's not the right kind of atmosphere we're really talking about here, but still, for such a simple wallpaper, it just oozes nitrogen and oxygen. It's got a real "film noir" feel to it. I like it.
