This is amazing. Love the paint job. Only crit is the boat, it's a bit close to shore and boat type might have been better if it was a yacht or jet ski like thing. But this is very lovely.

the bg looks very nice, but the clouds look a little weird because they're so clumped together. if they were more free floating, it'll look more natural. try adjusting that.

but the chara looks very cute and the sea looks great. nice work on that.
