This is amazing. Love the paint job. Only crit is the boat, it's a bit close to shore and boat type might have been better if it was a yacht or jet ski like thing. But this is very lovely.

i like the composition of the background and how everything seems to blend well together :) i like the colour scheme of your wall and how she seems to match the background really well :D the beach ball adds a nice touch and i like how you did the water with the wave and the sky XD lovely wall ^^

the bg looks very nice, but the clouds look a little weird because they're so clumped together. if they were more free floating, it'll look more natural. try adjusting that.
but the chara looks very cute and the sea looks great. nice work on that. :)
