A little tip: Don't wall scans that are currently in popular or highlighted ... People might not be so interested to see a wall with the scan again. BUT, that out of the way, let's discuss the wallpaper:

The text, I would of left it not underlined, or not put it at all. Not a huge fan of text in walls.

It's funny you call it "This Beautiful Mess", you think it's messy? xD Nah, compared to some it's quite clean and simple.
I can't say much for the BG since I've seen walls like these quite a bit, but a nice effort, keep it up!

it well with the thumbnail,
I love the sky, very well done.

Since the scan covers
the bottom, it's good that you
concentrated on the top and gave it
really pretty night colors.

The text you could have done without,
it doesn't suit the wallie's mood well..

first off .. i'm not reallie fond of the text especially the placing and the underline. nothing much to say bout the bg. just that i think the stars in the bg ish too much. you might wanna reduce them a lil. other than that .. the scan is quite clean

I love the angel woman in the picture, she's beautiful and for some reason her facial expression speaks quite alot. Many emotions wrapped up in one beautiful package.

I really like the background, it's realistic in its own sense and it seems to match well with her mood in my opinion. The starry background is very pretty as well, it's one of the best I've seen in alot of wallpapers.

All in all, this is a great wallpaper and you are quite talented. I think I'll be looking at more of your works as well. ^--^
