FULL VIEW PLZ, THE BEST WALL I MADE SO FAR SO PLEASE, BE GOOD :)

This wall was a little project I did during the Thanksgiving vacation. First off the scan was downloaded from http://beloved-melody.net/ very cool site. Basically what I wanted to express in this wall was the border that separates us from reality and the dream world. As one can see the girl is inside her house (night time) and out side of the window there is a planet, clouds, snow, and my attempt at icicles. The scene outside is supposed to give a dream like effect. I wanted that window to be the border between real life and imagination. As one knows borders separate us and sometimes that border can be as meaningless as a fence that separates two states or an ocean that separates two families.

I also attempted to replicate ice on a window. As one can see on both sides of the window there is a thin layer of frozen water. This wallpaper is all mine, I used about ten filters for the icicles, texture for the wall, brushes and stock for the clouds, and many filters for the planet.

I hope this wallpaper is a beautiful and I see it. The quote at the bottom came from a genius, he was a brillant man.

XOXO
G.A. Katara

Ahh, I once used this scan, very emotional
one, you have to find the right mood.
The extraction looks good, and the wall has
good texture and designs, the window is
blended nicely, I love how fluffy
and life like your clouds are, very nice
job on them, The moon is good..I dunno
if it being so big is a good thing, but if it's
meant to be that way then it looks good.

I think the top of the window bothers
me the most, I don't think it fits in with
the other effects, But since it's frozen ice
it looks good and isn't a huge problem,
it's nice how you came about making them.

    Great job <33

I LOVE the scenery through the window in this one. The clouds are so fluffy and the moon/planet looks really cool nestled in there. Good job!

You should try some lighting on the girl, light from the window onto her I mean. Add a little more depth ... and the windows need a bit of work, they look on the flat side. I kinda like the idea of this, and I see you are trying things, very interesting.

The clouds are fluffy, quite nice XD
The moon fits in, not much of a problem that its big... XD
But I dont like the icicles...
They doesnt really fit in... >_<
U can make them fit in all right... maybe making them bigger... ^_^
    The girl... >_<
    humm... >_< I dunno... >_<
its eiother the scan quality thats bothering me or its that its too dark... >_<
There ought to be a lil light on her since the dreamy imagination outside is bright, I know its suppose to be the border & a seperate world (creative! XD ) but just to make it look a lil more balanced... >_<
