Well i i got this brand photoshop.. illustrator... and i got to use it... that
was like more than half a year ago
So finally after some luck and tutorial it is done...
Ok i started this wall in may i think... yes that long.. i was really a noob...
at first i got abit of the background done and got trouble with the girl images
@_@ then a friend of mine... Maullar came with all those small
little girls vector... so lovely i just had to add it... Finally comes to the
girl images... which took most of my time doing... cause basically i had to
remake Patchouli(the girl sitting) myself to fit the scenario..
Well that would be all.. you may all go and do your everyday thing ^_^
Edit: it was originally suppose to be a wallpaper... but after a months of
resizing

Ah so this is a tohou and pretty recent too.
Okay lets start with the characters. From what I can deduce, the fairies are trying to annoying the devil girl with magic hence the blue orbs in the background right?
The other girl is trying to study and the expression on her face and the position of her hands make her look like shes really bored. The fairies are the only source of light in the whole room except for those floating blue orbs. Makes it feel a bit like Harry Potter.
Okay...
Good points:
-The background perfectly matches the mood with the girl sitting down.
-There are shadows for every object
-The mood and theme are conveyed perfectly
-Quality of the picture was good
Bad (or should I say could be improved) points:
-The girl sitting should show some reaction at the girl falling over like anger or surprise or something. perhaps a change in facial expression?
Otherwise from that little mistake, the art was very well done. I can see that you put a lot of effort into it.

From the whole wallie, i think that the wallie is abit too pack..
I think that you are trying to add more characters so that it looks less empty but i think that you ovedo it.. there's too mux details in the wallie.. especially the fairies and ger at the left..
great vector on those small little fairies.. They looked great.. But the little blue bubbles on the wallie.. hmm.. It looks magical at times... but at times, it looks like you accidentally painted on the wallie..
Overall, the wallie was great if the wallie isn't that pack.. I think you did a great job on ur wallie.. Keep up with ur great job!~

This is very wonderful. Iwouldn't consider this as a vector in my opinion because of how it looks more painted in my opinion. It's still nice overall and the details here are graet.
