I did this when I joined a roleplay in We-Love-Manga which needs the appearance of a witch and I was lazy to look for pictures so I drew her instead.Took me around an hour and 17 minutes,I think,oh and her name is Fate,which explains the title.

Materials:Paper and pencil.
