very cute, and everything is nice quality. There is just one VERY major problem i see here. The character doesnt fit at all. First of all, she is wearing a red maid-ish dress. Everything in your bg is calm colors like blue or green. Its not very common to see people in maid dresses at the beach, but im not saying it cant happen, so thats not a problem. I think its just all that red on her, versus the absolute lack of red in the bg. So here are three things I can suggest -
1. Add red objects in the bg. Theres a red flower in hawaii called the hibiscus, and if you had a couple of those floating in the water, that would be cute. you could have a little red and white lighthouse on that island in the distance.
2. Make it a sunset rather than a daytime scene. Sunsets give warmer colors like orange, yellow, red, pink that will make the girl fit better
3. Change the girl's entire outfit to blue or green. I suggest green because most of the wall is blue (ocean and sky..which takes up most of the wall)otherwise, you did a very good job! the bg isnt the only important thing in a wall. you always have to see if your character fits in well too!

i like the nice background and how everything is arranged :) the soft colours give it that nice peaceful atmosphere XD rhe palm tree leaves add a nice touch and overall lovely wall ^^

Its so pretty, so bright, so CUTE like you X-P! Originated from the scan, i think you should clean up the little white dots on the scan... @_@ The way you created the water is fantastic... The waves looked real.. The bg looks great... XD the little islands blended well in the bg.. I didn't really notice the title probably becoz of hte colour... hmmm.. but there's 1 problem.. i dun really think that this scan blend well into the wallie.. It kinda looks weird that she is in the beach..
But overall was good.. Thanx for sharing ur piece of work.. :D -

oooh tis a very cute and lovely wallpaper...and you are definitely right the full view is so much better =3..such a shame though if the figure was on the right instead of the left I would definitely have used it as my wall...but my icons are on the left...so...>.<...I will save ti though...very nice <3

Look good, but.....why is a girl with that kinda dress in a beach?
a gothic background would look better for that scan, or a bikini girl on that background, still look good, but weird...^^. -
