He reminds me of Senel from Tales of legendia. Overall not bad though. I like that square in the corner.

Nice work. It looks great. The expression is nice and the techy styled images at the type are nice additions. Well done.
PS - I'm not sure about the grungy splat borders. It seems a teeny bit out of place.
