Very good scan!
The artwork is great, but the face and the eyes are not quite Motoko like. Looks like some fashion clone face. I absolutely hate it. The city lights and the sky remind me of the ending of the movie but there all was painted in a green light. -

Incredible scan. I love Motoko's compact, athletic body, the sleek design of her body armor, the youth and beauty of her face and hair. The atmosphere of this image is more peaceful than we are wont to see in the anime, a city glowing warmly with lights and the figure of a lone woman against the sky.
