Well it's another vector wallpaper from me. ^_^'
It's quite a simple wallpaper as you can see. I didn't have a rainbow in mind, but in the very end, thanks to my weakness towards blank spots, I just added in a rainbow. Heh... :sweat:
I've decided to submit this in for UA's Fortnightly Competition #11::Kawaii aka Cute Theme. ^^
Well it's not much but this vectoring took awhile. I tried a new technique which really helped me get my curves a bit smoother, especially my cloud. >_> I had to finish the image since part was cut off. OX The wings were pretty easy to finish, but the umbrella took awhile. I had to get it proportioned and everything, but I pulled it off. Yay. :D
The title doesn't seem to match the wallpaper, but I was listening to the korean group, Fly to the Sky, so I just thought I should name the wallie with their name. XD

Wow! This is SO adorable! Definitely needs to be viewed at its full size. It's got such a nice...soft touch to the wallie. Even the vector looks so much more unique. Ahhh...so CUTE! Soft palette + icon + simplism = definitely is CUTE. You've done quite well in making this a successful wall. It's definitely a cute wall of Kero-chan. The umbrella is nicely executed too.
Though I do agree that it's not necessarily important to put the rainbow in. (it actually looks quite good without one too) Ack. How come the rainbow only has 5 colours? Did you eat yellow and blue? >.<
Overall, it's a great wall. :)
