This is my entry for the Celestial Luminesse/Free Wallers contest with the theme "isolation." I wanted to show that sometimes we choose to isolate ourselves from the rest of the world. This girl is sitting on a tiny platform in the sky with only a curtain between her and the vast expanse of nothing. Don't the birds in the sky make her look MORE alone?
I actally have the artbook this picture is from. I got it for Christmas last year.
I had to really stretch my brain on this. I wanted to do "isolation" but not "dark". And I wanted this to be a different kind of wallpaper than my usual.

I like everything except for the flowers and the clouds, which are too random... I don't like how the flowers don't match the rest of the color scheme. But you did capture the isolation feeling. I like how it's not dark and it's just pretty. :)

the flowers do seem a bit a strange and the curtains look nice however they look a bit out of place [hope i didnt offend you ^_^'] although they help portray your theme well XD the birds are a nice touch and i like the theme you are portraying in your wall and how you went about it :D nice wall ^^

i love the clouds and the birds look nice :) the idea is really nice and the curtins look nice as well :D i dont know, maybe its just me but the curtains look a little out of place and doesnt blend very well with the background >.< i dont know, it could just be me ^_^' hope i havent offended you ^_^' besides that, nice wall~^^

i think the curtain symbolizes her seperation or ISOLATION from the heavens protrayed in the BG. i think the red flowers are a powerful statement. i like the over all composition. love it.

I think a little dash of sparkle could have been nice in the curtains...and it does strike me as a little odd that the girl is sitting on some sort of platform in the sky, but it has a nice, soft feel to it overall ^_^
