The First Snowflakes of the Season

This is my entry for the Wings Lovers holiday contest. The requirements were "snow angels but no detailed, geometric snowflakes" so I immediately wanted to use this picture. SHE IS SO CUTE. I used numerous layers of grass to make it look like it was actually grass, including serveral individual blades still uncovered. The branch shadows are nice. I hope you enjoy it.

    haha.. i just realized.. kinda weird for snow to fall on autumn grass... but i dunno what winter and snow really looks like so don't mind me.. >.< *ish relying on fantasies*

    The scan is so cute!
    The only thing that bothers me is that the scan is a bit grainy :S

    Oh, the scan is so very cute! You've done a great job with the grass there, but the snow looks a bit too much like clumpy cotton for my taste...maybe a crisper look might be better? Haha, I'm not really sure. Anyways, thanks for making such a sweet seasonal winter wallie! ^_^
