hinata's gotta be one of my fav characters. and i also have a thing for chibi's so yeah.
Ah and the bg! i hate bgs. i dread bgs. i really do. i need lessons on how to draw bg or something -if there's such
thing. i have no judgement with those things T.T
i did a phonix design on the kimona since im not that good with flowers. i hope it suits it. i know we dont see such designs on kimonos but oh well. pretty lil clouds too ^^.
and black kimono...well i kept changing colours (oh the love for layers ^^) but in the end decided on black cause it really stands out. my sis wanted a lighter colour but i couldnt make up my mind.

ooh I like the phoenix designs, and I think the black works fine, it makes the phoenix stands out more. I like how you coloured her hair (pretty highlights), and that flower is a nice touch too (though perhaps the trimming on her kimono could match that shade of red?).
yeah I'm usually lazy with backgrounds too...
