depth of the eyes look great. the details in the hair looks delicate and well done. all the more so when put infront of a plain background giving it a great contrast in details.
but the face does not look symmetrical. the nose looks off centered.

Well this thing was in the works for at least 2 months (cuz my university classes are pretty chaotic) now i found some
time before finals. any who the actual character (dont know who she is) is approx 950+ layers (eyes alone are like 300).
after i finished it i made the bg with one of my friends in history class with his ibook (i learned to love mac) since
the guy is a painter he showed me how to make digital paintings so yea the entire bg is painted from scratch with no
fancy brushes or stock images, the only brush used is photoshop's default "wet brush" size 58 lol XD.

ooh nice hair and eyes and lips! I like the glowy quality to them :D I esp like the hair, and how you used different opacities for the strands, well as the designs in between the strands :D
The background looks all right, though I think looks a bit over-smudged, esp in the sky, where the directions of the brushstrokes is a bit random, which makes it look kinda weird... esp given that you have such clean vector art for the foreground, it looks a bit out of place...
anyway, nice work!
