woow this one is cooler than the other I saw vefore! Nice clouds on the bg, the colours are nice too. the only thing here is the big ball on the sky, it ias supposed to be a moon right? it doesn't look like one, you should look for a moon photo, it's better.
It's great that now you didn't put the light on the botton of the scan, here1 better! keep doing the good wokr!

hmmm.. this is actually a pretty idea. let me give suggestions to make it better...

- the wings need more extraction. take away those black lines. duplicate the wings, and using the copy of the wings (bottom one), apply Gaussian Blur.

- the scan of Sakura and the wall have no sense at all. If you want, its either you change the hues of her dress by choosing the layer and choosing Hues and Saturation.
