Yeah, it's quite obvious that Syaoran isn't part of the scan but I still think that it's rather nice. Kinda weird that it's sepia toned on top and then abstract blueness on the bottom. But it looks okay somehow. :) Good work on the wallie and hooray for Ryuuoh x Syaoran wallies! XD

I am going to make a bet that I am one of the only people who has ever made a Ryuuoh and/or a Ryuuoh x Syaoran wallpaper
for TRC ever. xD
I've always wanted a Ryuuoh wallpaper, but never found any! Not even Ryuuoh in RG Veda stuffs. So I decided to make my own. At first, I only started with Ryuuoh, but then my friend also wanted Syaoran in the picture too. So I went scan-searching until I found this nice, cherry-blossom Syaoran scan that would fit well with the Ryuuoh scan. After putting Syaoran in, I tried to make some shadows on the spears/stick-thingys to make it seem more real that Syaoran is in the picture. Although... I think you can still tell that they were both two, very different pictures.
More or less, it just took me forever to cut-out both boys and fix the logo that was on Ryuuoh by cloneing it out in Photoshop. That killed my brain. xD
Anyways, then the wallpaper kinda went downwards for the overall rest of the wallpaper. I was trying to test out the Pen Tool in Photoshop. ^^;

With it's original choice of colour palette and refreshingly original scan manipulation, "REinventing Your paraDISE" by Asakura-Hao is defitately a wallpaper you might want to check out. The execution may not be flawless, it doesn't stop this wallpaper from being pretty lovely, and you can see for yourself that everything has been put into thought.

Ohh this is so perfect!. First of all, I must say that the textures and shapes are incredible, but it's the way you cut the scan and made it match that marvelous background what mesmerized me, you're a neat worker and wonderfull artist and I can surely say that I WILL NEVER ERASE this wallpaper from my favorites (sometimes I erase the ones that in time they don't hold any appeal to me) because I've just fell in love.

I love what you did to the scans... monochrome looks great! And I see a lot of wallpapers where I feel like the more abstract elements just doesn't fit well with the scans, but here it really works for me x) Great job! :D

I really enjoy the colours and the sorta popish background. Interesting combination for this kind of series. The lens flare effect it looks is pretty neat, a shame there's some pixelating going on. But I must say it's a nice piece of work. Great choice of colours and your effort came out good.

My, you don't see many RyuuohxSyaoran wallies. This is a really good and unique one ^_^. Only thing is the really rough extraction. But I like the idea that they're standing on the spears, and the abstract at the bottom is really awesome. Fave from me/

The thing that caught my attention when I saw this in thumbnail is definitely the great use of palette. Very refreshing and very original. And yea, you're SO right. This has got to be the first Ryuuoh wallpaper for TRC ever. Come on, with Kurogane, Syaoran and Fye standing out of the way, who'd bother to wall him anyway? >.< (TRC fans don't kill me)
2 different scans yet they look so matching in the unmatched. I mean, yea, their clothings are definitely quite matching but they're quite unmatched in some ways, but still look good in some kind of aspects. And it really looks like Syaoran belong in the scan since his foot IS on top of the lance. I really find it hard to be expressed in words except match in the unmatched. (I've repeated that 3 times already)
Very original use of scans and colours. I have to say this is the best TRC wall I've seen so far in MT's TRC gallery. :)
