Hello Night Walkers of MT, :D
I was bored tonight and for some reason I was in the mood to wall tonight or today lol b/c now its 4:46am here and Im still up lol. I've been talking to Rhondi all while working on this, thanks for your help. This Wallie is dedicated to my triplet ;) (lol not by blood). She always keeps me company, and is so much fun and omg CRAZY! LOL haha, she is the coolest, thanks for all that ya do girl love ya :D.
I've been working on it for like three hours or more now >.<. I was originally trying to make a whole different wallie but it didnt turn out right lol and I was just playing around and got this. I used two stocks altered them in many layers and filtered, blended, rotated, flipped, and placed them together to get voila. I also altered the girl scan some to with effect, and I used lighting effects on her and some others to bring out more color to match the bg. I added lights on the girl to give off the lighting coming off the other buildings around her and to match the bg theme. Stocks from www.sxc.hu . OMG and It just hit me I didnt use a texture this time omg the addict had a relapse lol haha...j/k.
I really love this wallpaper for its bright colors, movement, balance, the soft painted scan, and emotion. I liked the idea of having the cruel or non-stop city life wallpaper, as if the city keeps on going even though she is crying and yet is so pretty at the same time. This wallpaper was so much fun and yet alot of thinking, alot of fun making so I didnt take any breaks between working on it XD LOL haha.
EDIT: yes I know the scan is mean to me -_-, I tried though its a challedge ;) lol Updated it made it better. :)

Wow its beautiful! ^o^ I love the background a lot, especially the beautiful blending of the colours! :) The big problem here ish the scan ^_^' It looks blurred and not that of high quality, try cleaning it up more ^^ Other than that, this ish a very nice wall! Keep it up sam! ;)

very nice wall! wow i actually didnt see this one before you submitted it. hehe, so now i get to critique! (garrrr! mwahahah) ok..like enchant said, you need to clean the scan a bit more. also, maybe a little blurring or cleaning on the fence behind her too becuase its a bit pixellated. The bg is beautiful like everyone else is saying, but needs to be a little more filtered.

Ooh, nice wall! It's very pretty like always. =D The perspective is awesome and the scan matches the background very nicely. I guess the only thing that needs a little more work on is the scan quality. Other than that, very nice work! ^^

In the title I can see, "city" & "tears"...but no "of". X-P

O_O I mistook this for a scan, nice emphasis on the colours of her outfit. The bg looks fitting for a city scene except that the colours used especially at the left make it seem old. Kinda gives me that shophouse feeling. Well cos if you tilt yr head left to see the scan-like wall "horizontal" it looks like abstract short buildings (Refering to the colours). I think the idea of such a scene is quite interesting. :)
