its pretty you really have a talent to make wallpaper but one thing i would like if you add some cloud at the sky, but i still like it :d

oh i really love this scan. I'm glad you used it. and well I like the buildings in the back and how you did the wall and the sun looks nice too. Although I agree that maybe some more clouds would look nice in the sky to make it not so plain. but still its very cool. Good work!

oh so nice! good work neechan. your composition is very good and your effort with the light is very good too, but let me show you what you can make playing with the brushes

    http://img293.imageshack.us/img293/3783/forsineverxw2.th.jpg

and is your same work ^_^
you can play with the brushes in 'overlay' and 'light' mode with a low 'opacity' and low 'flow' too for get that effect.
favorito, por su puesto :D (of course is a fav ;) you should continue progressing.

hmm..yes, nice bg and concept. i like the castle window and wall, but i believe the brick/stone should be a little more filtered because as it is now you can tell that it was a stock photo (i hope..thats what it looks like to me). Also, the sky is a bit empty...i think it would have added detial if you had some crows/ravens flying in the sky because shes holding a raven after all. I also like that example that annakee gave you..the imageshack link. but hers is a little more orange oriented - i admit that it does make the character fit in better, but then again, everyone has their own styles. so yours looks nice too. I just suggest adding something in like fog to make the character look more incorporated into the wall, if you know what i mean.

Nah you got a great wallpaper there i love it, theres a few things you can change to improve it somemore and lower the overall realism to a certain degree that is more..umm easier on the eyes. Take the main color of the bg which to me looks like a light orange, use a fuzzy brush and on a new layer highlight everything that you want 100% opacity to have a tint to it "seeing shes setting in the sunlight and she needs some more light on her" then gausuain blur the lower a very small bit maybe 1-10 is all. Then change the layer to like overlay or softlight and lower the opacity on the layer till you get what u want.
Since the inside of the castel is going to be darker than at the window, then repeat the same thing but this time with a heavy dark dark brown or black and gasu.blur the layer and lower opacity but only by a little. that way the darkness stay in the castel and the main focal point is the girl in the window and not the castel walls.
Also i know most people dont redo wallpaper cause i dont, but i hope this helps you in your next endeavors.
hope i helped you out some :)~jaderabbit

This wallie's great! It reminds me of that place where you go to talk with Leon in Hollow Bastion in KH2!
It also reminds me of a fantasy movie I saw one or a fairy tale story book about a princess!

    *adds to favs*
